People moves: Grindr commemorates one-year anniversary with new IR appointment

Tolu Adeofe and Lauren Dillard placed in key roles

This week in investor relations sees social network platform Grindr name Tolu Adeofe as its director of IR.

Adeofe joins Grindr as the company looks to celebrate its one-year listing anniversary on the NYSE. As part of her new role, she will begin engaging with the investor community more fruitfully.

With more than a decade of experience working in IR at technology and finance companies, Adeofe was previously senior manager of investor relations and head of ESG reporting at Lyft. Prior to Lyft, she was a technology, media, and telecommunications associate in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs.

‘I am thrilled to welcome Tolu to the company as a leader of this critical function,’ says Vanna Krantz, CFO at Grindr. ‘She brings a wealth of experience in IR for dynamic technology platforms that will be valuable as we continue to convey the Grindr story to the investor community. I am proud that we continue to bring such impactful and diverse talent to the Grindr team.’

Untapped value

Elsewhere, data collaboration platform LiveRamp has promoted Lauren Dillard to the role of CFO after holding the interim position since February.

Dillard, who has been with the firm for almost 10 years, was previously senior vice president of finance and investor relations. She was with Acxiom from 2014 as head of investor relations until its reorganization and separation in 2018.

As CFO, Dillard takes charge of the company’s financial operations, including treasury, tax, accounting, investor relations and field operations. She reports to CEO Scott Howe.

‘I step into the role of CFO feeling energized about the opportunities that lie ahead,’ Dillard says. ‘It is a privilege to lead a team of exceptional and experienced financial professionals who recognize the significant and untapped value still to be unlocked.’
