People moves: Goodyear, Squared Capital and BBVA bring in new IR leaders

Greg Shank, Francesca Lloyd and Patricia Bueno take on new roles

This week in investor relations sees Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company name Greg Shank as senior director of investor relations.

In his new role, he reports to Christina Zamarro, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

‘Greg brings deep knowledge of our business from his leadership experience at Goodyear,’ says Zamarro. ‘His Goodyear finance experience includes a prior role in investor relations that, along with his strong communication skills, will make him a valuable resource for the investment community.’

Shank succeeds Christian Gadzinski who has held the role for the past two years and is moving to support Goodyear’s commercial tire business in North America.

Elsewhere, Francesca Lloyd has joined Squared Capital, a global infrastructure investment manager, as principal on the investor relations team in London.

She brings with her more than 15 years of finance and project management experience, having worked with more than 30 fund managers in the alternatives space, including infrastructure equity and credit strategies.

Her previous role included working as a director at Credit Suisse’s private fund group and as a partner with FIRSTavenue.

Global bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) has named Patricia Bueno as its new head of investor and shareholder relations.

Bueno has been with the bank for more than two decades, holding a series of financial responsibilities, including strategic and business analysis both in Spain and South America. Since 2016 she has been head of financial planning and strategy of BBVA Spain.
