Heather Hollander joins Bath & Body Works as IR lead

New vice president will take charge of firm’s IR program

Bath & Body Works has appointed Heather Hollander as its new vice president of investor relations, reporting to CFO Wendy Arlin.

Hollander joins the personal care and fragrance brand from Nordstrom where she was head of IR between July 2021 and December 2022.

In her new position, she will be responsible for leading the company’s IR program, including engagement with shareholders, investors and the analyst community.

‘Initiatives to accelerate growth’

Prior to Nordstrom, Hollander held leadership positions at Lowe’s that included senior director of finance, senior director of IR and strategic assessment and director of enterprise analytics.

She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities and brings with her more than five years’ experience working in the IR space.
