Dallas-based CSW Industrials appoints new IR head

Adrianne Griffin takes up vice president of IR and treasurer role immediately

Dallas-based and Nasdaq-listed CSW Industrials (CSWI), a diversified industrial growth company focused on industrial products and specialty chemicals, has hired Adrianne Griffin as vice president of IR and treasurer, effective immediately.

Griffin will report to Gregg Branning, CSWI’s chief financial officer.

Branning says in a statement: ‘I am pleased to welcome Adrianne to the CSWI team. She brings significant expertise and leadership to our organization and has demonstrated a strong track record of success in both investor relations and treasury. Adding a dedicated investor relations executive and treasurer was a natural evolution of CSWI’s growth and we are excited for her to join the team.’

Griffin was most recently director of IR at EnLink Midstream, a Fortune 500 midstream energy infrastructure company. In this role she was responsible for investor presentations and the coordination of financial information with both the buy side and sell side.

Prior to that position, Griffin was director of finance and assistant treasurer at EnLink. She holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics, as well as a master’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University.

Griffin comes into the IR role at a good time for the company, as CSWI was recently upgraded by equity researchers at Luxembourg-based BidaskClub from a ‘hold’ to a ‘buy’ rating, with the firm having a market cap of $1.04 bn and a P/E ratio of 25.07, it noted. In addition, the company reported $0.98 earnings per share for the second quarter, topping analysts’ consensus estimates of $0.88.
