CIT embraces a multifaceted communications strategy

Ken Brause explains how his company is using podcasts and videos to engage stakeholders



Podcasts and videos offer a more personal medium of communication that reaches a wider audience, says Ken Brause, executive vice president of investor relations at CIT. Senior executives at CIT have produced podcasts through which they discuss critical issues facing the company, he explains. The IR department now also produces a weekly podcast for internal distribution to raise employee awareness regarding broader company issues, Brause adds.
