Moderator: Steve Wade, head of content, IR Magazine
Steve Wade is head of content for IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary. In his role, Steve and his team are responsible for researching and producing insightful content that helps the investor relations and governance communities stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in their fields.

Steve curates content across multiple platforms, including conferences, workshops, think tanks, podcasts, best practice guides, videos and websites. Steve guides editorial coverage and research to ensure they fulfill the needs of our communities and is responsible for hosting our conferences and presenting research at industry events.

Before joining IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary, Steve's experience has been in ESG and sustainability research, producing conferences for Ethical Corporation (now Reuters Events). During this time, Steve was a judge for the Deloitte Green Frog Awards, presented research at the Global Sustainable Event Summit in London and events with the United Nations Global Compact, the World Bank and the Polish Ministry of Finance.

Steve has a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management and enjoys playing rugby in his spare time.

Christopher Ferris, head of investor relations, Braze
Mr. Ferris has 10 years of investor relations experience across several industries, including Software, Media, and Automotive Services. Currently, he is the IRO at Braze (BRZE), where he helped lead a traditional IPO process in 2021. Previously, he held IR roles at Comscore and Harman International. Prior to becoming a Investor Relations practitioner, Chris spent 10 years on the sell-side covering Media & Entertainment names.

John Nunziati, assistant vice president and investor relations partner, Q4
John Nunziati is an AVP and Investor Relations Partner at Q4.  He has spent much of his career in Investor Relations and also has broad financial and operational experience at a number of Silicon Valley technology firms.  Prior to joining Q4, he managed Corporate Relationships at IEX, the Investors Exchange. He is active in NIRI and currently serves on the  NIRI Virtual chapter board of directors for the Professional Development Committee as Chair of Cafe Chats.
