Simon Ball, senior vice president for product, Intrado Digital Media
As Senior VP of Product, Simon leads the webcasting and streaming business for Intrado Digital Media and is responsible for setting strategic direction and driving continued innovation across its product portfolio. Simon brings more than 25 years of experience in global technology and digital communications to his role, having previously held positions as Global Head of Digital Media Services at Nasdaq Corporate Solutions, and Global Head of Operations, Multimedia Delivery & Infrastructure at Thomson Reuters.

Ed Egl, senior director, investor relations and field finance, Waste Management
Ed Egl is Senior Director of Investor Relations and Field Finance for Waste Management, Inc. He is the company’s primary liaison for day-to-day inquiries from investors and stock analysts, communicating Waste Management’s business strategy and competitive position in the marketplace. Mr. Egl has been with Waste Management since July 1995, and has been in his current role since March 2011. During his career with the company, he worked his way up through the field operations' finance and accounting ranks, spending several years in field financial positions, including region controller in the former Southern Group, where he oversaw five states totaling $680 million in annual revenue.

Lyndon Park, managing director and head of governance advisory solutions, ICR 
Lyndon has spent many years working closely with both boards and management to proactively implement best-practice governance processes. Known for many years in the issuer community as a pragmatic investor with a fundamentals-led approach to corporate governance, Lyndon also collaborates with the management, IR and corporate secretarial teams to provide support on governance-related responsibilities, from preemptive activism defense to proxy and CSR narrative design/drafting. Widely recognized as one of the foremost experts on corporate governance, Lyndon actively participates in public speaking events and forums to provide thought leadership.

Ben Ashwell is the editor at IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary, covering investor relations, governance, risk and compliance. In 2019, he was included in NIRI’s inaugural ’40 under 40’ class. Prior to this, he was the founder and editor of Executive Talent, the global quarterly magazine from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. Before moving to the US, Ben was the vice president and editor at Executive Grapevine, overseeing a daily news website, ten annual supplements and HR Grapevine, the UK’s leading HR and talent management magazine. In his spare time, Ben enjoys rock climbing and writing fiction and poetry.
