Mike Coffey is a capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience in the FinTech industry including 4 very successful startups. In his current role Mike heads up Global Partnerships and Alliances at Q4 Inc. Prior to joining Q4 Inc. in 2015, Mike held a number of senior roles in the investor relations consulting space including: Managing Partner and Executive Vice President of Oxford Intelligence Partners, Managing Director, NASDAQ Global Corporate Services Group and Vice President, Thomson Reuters’ Corporate Client Group. Mike started his career at Northern Trust Bank as a Sr. Portfolio Accounting Analyst & Asset Analysis Teamleader.
Tim Human, senior reporter, IR Magazine
Tim Human is senior reporter at IR Magazine. He rejoined the publication in 2019 after two years working as a freelance writer for a range of international clients. Previously, he was editor of IR Magazine between 2013-2017. He has also written for Corporate Secretary, IR Magazine’s sister publication, and CorpComms, the UK-based magazine for corporate communications professionals.

Andrea is SVP of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations for Axon, a market leading provider of public safety technology including TASER devices, body cameras and cloud software. Andrea is responsible for M&A strategy, corporate development and maintaining strong relationships with the capital markets. Prior to joining Axon in 2017, Andrea supported investor relations at Tesla and also ran an executive consulting practice, Solve For X Coaching, which helped teams and executives make better decisions. Andrea has been analyzing businesses for most of her professional career, first as an investigative business reporter for several news outlets and then as a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at Dougherty & Co., an investment bank. While in her stock analyst role, media outlets including Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, and the Wall Street Journal interviewed Andrea as an expert, and she made frequent appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg News, CNN International, and Fox Business. She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from American University and an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
