Ben Ashwell, editor, IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary
Ben Ashwell is the editor at IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary, covering investor relations, governance, risk and compliance. Prior to this, he was the founder and editor of Executive Talent, the global quarterly magazine from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. Before moving to the US, Ben was the vice president and editor at Executive Grapevine, overseeing a daily news website, ten annual supplements and HR Grapevine, the UK’s leading HR and talent management magazine. In his spare time, Ben writes fiction, poetry and arts and culture reviews. Eyewear Publishing recently named him in their list of the Best New British and Irish Poets.

Gay Kaylor, manager, stockholder relations, The Hershey Company
Gay Kaylor has worked for The Hershey Company for 38 years in a variety of positions in the corporate secretary’s office, legal department, and currently in investor relations.  She is the manager of stockholder relations - overseeing the relationship with the company’s transfer agent and other vendors, serving as the interface with their retail shareholders, managing the employee stock purchase plan, and providing support to their investor relations initiatives. 

Jeff Lambert, founder and CEO, TiiCKER
Jeff is the creator and founder of TiiCKER, an idea turned fast-growing fintech startup and Benzinga Fintech New Product of the Year Finalist based on his 25 years of investor relations and retail investing experience. He is also CEO of Lambert & Co., a PR, marketing and financial communications firm that is a top-10 investor relations firm nationally with offices in Detroit, New York, Phoenix and Houston and winner of multiple national Firm of the Year honors.

Jeff has led 8 acquisitions and acqui-hires, including 3 in the last year, and launched the TiiCKER software platform and app to invent and activate a new marketing demographic – consumer shareholders – giving publicly traded companies the ability to connect directly with their individual investors and to convert shareholders to consumers.

Most recently, Jeff founded the equity and racial justice non-profit AMERICANTBREATHE to fund Black businesses and non-profits serving the Black community and fighting racism.

Kelly Reisdorf, vice president, chief communications and investor relations officer, Vista Outdoor

Kelly Reisdorf is Vice President, Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer, responsible for all facets of external communications for Vista Outdoor, including media, investor, and government relations. Her focus is on bringing together awareness, product value and differentiation for both investors and customers. Kelly has 14 years of experience with Vista Outdoor and predecessor Orbital ATK.

Kelly previously served as Vista Outdoor’s Vice President, Investor Relations and Vice President, Information Technology.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Bethel University, an MBA in Accounting from Capella University, and has attended numerous Executive programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management focused on Organizational Change Management, and at Harvard Business School in Sustainable Business Strategy. Kelly currently serves on the board of NIRI Twin Cities as Advocacy Ambassador.
