Disclosure platform Listcorp launches in UK

Social-network inspired service demos at Stock Exchange Show

Listcorp, an online disclosure platform that links companies with private investors, has expanded its service to the UK.

The platform – which went live in Australia last year, although it has not officially launched there yet – allows companies to set up profiles with key financial, operational and governance information. Investors can follow companies and receive updates when profiles change.

John Daly, founder of Listcorp, previewed the service to investors at London’s Stock Exchange Show, where he was part of a trade mission to the UK featuring Australian financial technology firms.

Visitors to the Listcorp website will now find a UK version of the site including profile pages of London-listed firms like WPP, Land Securities and Investec. Daly is setting up initial profiles for companies to encourage them to engage with the platform.

‘There are around 70 companies live with full content: those are the nine categories of information we think are of most importance to investors,’ says Daly. ‘Since the start of the year we have had more than 35,000 investors visit the site.’

The firm plans to officially launch in Australia later this year.
