Matthew Bloxham

Senior anaylyst, Bloomberg Intelligence

Matthew Bloxham heads up Bloomberg Intelligence research efforts for the TMT sectors in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Matthew had a 17-year career in sell-side research with Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. He also spent some time in strategy consulting with PA Consulting and Arthur Andersen.

Candice de Monts-Petit

Deputy editor, IR Magazine

Candice de Monts-Petit joined IR Magazine as a senior editor in 2012. Prior to this, she worked in investor relations, first as an IRO for oil and gas firms in Paris and Moscow and subsequently as an IR consultant in London. She graduated in business management and political science from Université Paris-Dauphine and Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, respectively, and holds an additional degree in Chinese studies.

Gerbrand Nijman

Group CFO, Global Telecom Holding

Gerbrand Nijman has a long-standing career in Finance and in Investor Relations and is a Chartered Accountant. He started in London at Touche Ross back in 1988 and has worked in various financial management roles in Unilever until 1996 when he was appointed CFO of the VERDER Group (a family owned, international B2B company). Two years later he started at KPN International as senior business controller, soon promoted to be CFO of KPN-International. At KPN he also has been CFO of the Wholesale Business, till he was promoted to Head of IR in November 2001. Thereafter he joined Celtel to prepare this mobile operator in Sub-Sahara Africa for a listing in London and Johannesburg. In 2005 he joined ING as specialist equity sales in WE and EM telecoms. In March 2007 he started at AEGON (Life Insurance) as Head of IR and he joined in 2011 the international mobile operator VimpelCom (now VEON). Mid 2015 Gerbrand was appointed as CFO of Global Telecom Holding, with operations in Pakistan, Algeria and Bangladesh and almost 100 million mobile customers.

Tabitha Zane

Vice president, investor relations, TopBuild

Tabitha Zane has over 25 years of investor relations experience across a variety of industry.  Currently, she is Vice President, Investor Relations for TopBuild Corp., a NYSE-listed company that was spun-off from Masco in June 2015.  Prior to joining TopBuild in October 2015, Tabitha was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Highwoods Properties, a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust, which she joined in 2002.  While at Highwoods, Tabitha was named one of the top three Investor Relations Officers in the REIT industry by Institutional Investor Magazine.  Tabitha also served as Vice President of Investor Relations for SpectraSite Holdings and Vanguard Cellular.

Tabitha has been deeply involved in the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) throughout her career.  She was a founding member of the San Antonio Chapter, a chapter officer of the Triangle Chapter, served on the planning committee for NIRI’s Annual Conference and was co-chair of the 2000 Annual Conference.  Tabitha also served on NIRI’s National Board of Directors from 2001 to 2005.  Currently, she is chair of the Certification Scheme Committee for NIRI’s IR Certification program.  Tabitha is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut.
