Sarah Dees, head of investor relations, Sound Energy
With over 15 years investment banking experience across multiple asset classes including Fixed Income, Commodities and Equity derivatives, Sarah currently consults as an IR manager across a variety of Aim listed Upstream Oil and Gas companies – with a focus on introducing new technology and engaging with retail.

Sarah also holds a post graduate degree from Cambridge in Sustainability studies.

Laurie Havelock, editor at large, IR Magazine
Laurie Havelock is a journalist, writer and podcaster who has been working on financial titles for more than 5 years, dabbling with commercial property finance, responsible investment and investor relations as his main areas of focus. Outside of that he also writes about music, with a predilection for independent and emerging artists, has worked on a number of comedy projects, including a podcast he makes with musical comedian Paddy Gervers called Podshambles, and hosts a weekly show on Shoreditch Radio. Laurie has been published in the Independent, the Guardian and Q Magazine.

Andrew Posen, vice president, head of investor relations, Telaria
Andrew Posen is Vice President, Head of Investor Relations at Telaria.  His deep financial expertise spans two decades across the technology and financial services sectors.

Mr. Posen has lead investor relations programs at organizations across the full continuum of maturity, from pre-IPO to newly public to well-established public companies.

Prior to Telaria, Mr. Posen ran Investor Relations at AppNexus, where he was responsible for architecting the function across both the buy-side and sell-side investment communities. He has also led Investor Relations at FXall and Evercore Partners, as well as a senior investor relations role at Morgan Stanley through the peak of 2008 financial crisis.

Mr. Posen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from McMaster University in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from The University of British Colum

Amit Sanghvi, managing director, Europe, Q4

As the Managing Director for Europe, Amit leads the overall growth strategy and brand vision for Q4’s European subsidiary. Prior to joining Q4 in 2017, Amit owned and operated CapMark Clarity (acquired by Q4 in 2017), a company that built a self-learning shareholder data processing system. He has also led the analytics team and managed the development of the IR platform for Sydney-based First Advisers. Amit‘s past and present clients include companies listed in the ASX 100, AEX 25, CAC 40, DAX 30, JSE 40, OMX Nordic 40 and SMI 20. Amit’s passion for helping blue chip companies achieve excellence in IR is matched only by his passion for sustainability and the Liverpool football club.
