Much has been made in recent months of the way Mifid II is likely to place barriers in the way of successfully setting up non-deal roadshows (NDRs), or roadshow meetings, with investors. The expectation is that roadshows will not only involve more figurative legwork to get up and running but also more physical legwork – involving longer periods of travel time as sell-side assistance with scheduling meetings becomes rarer.
