Europe Awards - St Martins Lane London room bookings - Terms & conditions

  • Only room bookings made through this link will be eligible for the discounted rate
  • The discounted room rate is advertised as £250 excluding VAT charged at 20%. Breakfast is not included in the room rate
  • Guests are responsible for their own room payment and will be asked for credit card details upon booking. Guests must settle their own room charges upon departure of the hotel
  • The hotel is unable to link bookings made through any other channels (travel agency, website direct, online booking tools) to the group block
  • If guests need to reserve dates outside of the contracted dates ("shoulder nights") the requests must come via email to the hotel's Groups and Events Team (london-groupres@sbe.com) and will only be included in the group room count if hotel availability allows
  • All reservations need to be made prior to the cut-off date, which is May 29, 2018
  • Once the cut-off date has passed, the hotel will only accept additional reservations if availability allows
  • Check-in is from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 12.00 pm on the day of departure
