IR Magazine has released a new report examining how attitudes toward and practices in crisis communications have changed since we last reported on this topic in 2012. The report investigates whether companies have formal crisis plans and how approaches to crisis communications have changed with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The report also examines the impact of social media on handling a crisis.
Global and Regional Investor Relations Practice Report 2021
Based on a survey of more than 800 corporate IR professionals, the Global Investor Relations Practice Report 2021 looks at how IR teams operate worldwide. The report contains insights on important issues including IR budgets, IR team sizes, reporting lines (for example, to the CEO or CFO) and more.
Covid-19 Update
IR Magazine’s Covid-19 Update report is a further study of how the Covid-19 pandemic and social measures to combat it have affected investor relations. Findings in the report are based on 255 interviews with IROs, investors and analysts in May 2021.

This report documents the highest-ranked companies in Asia across a range of IR-related categories, as voted for by the Asian investment community for the IR Magazine Awards – Greater China 2021 and the IR Magazine Awards – South East Asia 2021.
A total of 275 portfolio managers and analysts took part in an online survey in Q2 and Q3 2021 to determine the best current exponents of IR in the country.
