New VPs in Barnes & Noble’s finance department

Two hires in finance and one promotion in IR

Bookselling giant Barnes & Noble has announced the appointment of three new vice presidents: Thomas Donohue, Kanuj Malhotra and Andy Milevoj, all of whom report to chief financial officer Mike Huseby. 

Donohue is now vice president and treasurer, joining from advertising and PR firm the Interpublic Group of Companies. Malhotra, the new vice president for corporate development, served as head of finance for the graduate programs business unit at Kaplan Test Prep.

Milevoj, who graduated with a degree in finance from St John’s University, joined Barnes & Noble’s finance department in 1998 as an IR coordinator.

During the following 10 years he was involved in numerous corporate and financial transactions while making his way up to IR director. He has now been promoted to vice president of investor relations.
