Ingredion appoints new vice president of IR

Tiffany Willis joins from Fiserv

Ingredion has appointed Tiffany Willis as its new vice president of investor relations and chief communications officer, effective immediately.

In her new role, Willis reports into James Gray, the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. She is now responsible for the company’s relationships with its investors and analysts, as well as managing domestic and international media relationships and directing corporate crisis communications.

‘Tiffany brings a broad range of financial experience to this position, which will benefit Ingredion as we drive our business forward,’ Gray says in a public statement. ‘I am confident [she] will be instrumental in driving the dialogue that helps the investment community understand our results and how we intend to deliver our future plans.’

Willis previously served as the vice president of investor relations at Fiserv where, according to her LinkedIn profile, she provided IR oversight of three acquisitions, including the $22 bn acquisition of First Data. She held several positions at Fiserv between 2015 and 2019.

Willis started her career auditing financial reporting for PwC and EY, before holding a similar in-house role at Time Warner.
