Chemicals and materials company appoints from within as existing IRO heads for HR department
Cabot, the NYSE-listed specialty chemicals and performance materials company, has promoted Erica McLaughlin to the role of director of investor relations.
With Cabot since 2002, McLaughlin has worked in a number of finance roles, most recently as director of strategy, planning and finance for the company’s core segment division.
‘She brings a broad finance background and deep business understanding that will be a tremendous asset to the management team and our shareholders,’ comments Eddie Cordeiro, Cabot’s CFO, in a press release.
McLaughlin succeeds Susannah Robinson, who is taking up a position in Cabot’s human resources department.
