Deadline extended for entries to Small Cap Europe Awards

Calling all European small caps to the continent’s inaugural forum and awards

If you haven’t yet submitted your entry for the IR Magazine Awards – Small Cap Europe, you’re in luck: the deadline for entries to the awards categories has been extended by one week. You now have until Friday, February 23 to make sure your nomination counts.

The event, which is coming to Europe for the first time, will be held on Thursday, April 12, at the Crowne Plaza in the City of London and will feature a one-day forum followed by an awards ceremony.

Submit your nomination now for one of these small-cap company awards:

•    Best IR by a small-cap senior management team

•    Best IR by a small-cap company (under €250 mn)

•    Best IR by a small cap company (€250 mn-€500 mn)

Topics to be discussed during the forum on the day include the changing world of equity research, IR trends and a masterclass covering crisis planning, communication and dealing with competition.

Although this is the first event of its kind in Europe, last year’s IR Magazine Conference & Awards – Small Cap saw more than 90 small-cap IROs gather at Fordham University in New York to discuss everything from IR 101 to high-impact targeting, as well as to celebrate the winners of awards for the best IR by small-cap companies: real estate firm Altus Group, electrical components company Stoneridge and Banc of California.
