Ingenico hires new vice president of IR

Former Wendel investment director joins French electronic payments firm

Paris-headquartered Ingenico has appointed Laurent Marie as vice president of IR and financial communications.

After gaining a joint degree from EM Normandy business school and Leeds Metropolitan University, Marie started his career as a financial analyst for Credit Lyonnais, subsequently spending 10 years covering investment companies and the media sector at Enskilda, Oddo and Credit Agricole Cheuvreux.

He joined Wendel in 2009 as head of financial communications and was promoted to principal in the investment team in 2013.

Stéphanie Constand-Atellian, who served as vice president of IR for the Euronext-listed Ingenico since June 2015, moved on in January to serve as IR director for Fnac, a cultural products retailer that was spun off by Kering in 2013.
