Zep hires Don De Laria

Former NIRI national board member takes up new role after leaving Loyal3

Zep, the professional cleaning company, has hired Don De Laria as vice president of investor relations and communications.

Prior to joining Zep, De Laria worked at Loyal3, the San Francisco start-up that offers public companies customer stock ownership programs.

A former NIRI national board member, De Laria spent nine years as head of IR at Regal Entertainment Group, where he established the IR department following the company’s emergence from bankruptcy in 2002.

He heard about Loyal3 when it pitched to him at Regal and ended up joining the start-up as a managing director in a sales role.

Prior to Regal, he founded Deephaven Financial Group, a strategic communications consultancy based in Wayzata, Minnesota.

‘With the extensive public company and IR consulting experience Don brings, we know that he will be a solid contributor and strong addition to our management team as we execute our strategies,’ comments Zep chairman and CEO John Morgan in a release.
