New IR director at Teleperformance

Quy Nguyen-Ngoc hired by Paris-based provider of outsourced CRM services

French call center group Teleperformance has appointed Quy Nguyen-Ngoc as investor relations director. He will report to the company’s CFO Olivier Rigaudy, who has been overseeing IR until now.

Nguyen-Ngoc graduated from French business school ESCP-EAP in 1993 and began his career as a financial analyst for Credit Commercial de France (now part of HSBC) before joining the equity research team covering the support services and leisure sectors at French broker Exane in 1997

In 2001 he was hired by Elior, an international contract catering company, to head the investor relations department, and in 2006 he was promoted to director of strategic research.

From 2007 to 2008 he served as analyst and treasurer for BIM Family Office, the main shareholder of the Elior Group.

His seven years at Elior were followed by a return to managing investor relations, first at defense and aerospace group Safran and subsequently at oil service company Vallourec.

Teleperformance CEO Daniel Julien announced last month that the company, which operates in 49 countries, was in an ‘acquisition mood’ and currently seeking to expand its activity in the US.

The firm received the Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award last June, its 17th award since 2006.
