Ben Ashwell, editor, IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary
Ben Ashwell is the editor at IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary, covering investor relations, governance, risk and compliance. Prior to this, he was the founder and editor of Executive Talent, the global quarterly magazine from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. Before moving to the US, Ben was the vice president and editor at Executive Grapevine, overseeing a daily news website, ten annual supplements and HR Grapevine, the UK’s leading HR and talent management magazine. In his spare time, Ben writes fiction, poetry and arts and culture reviews. Eyewear Publishing recently named him in their list of the Best New British and Irish Poets.

Aleksandra Dobkowski-Joy, executive director, ESG, The Estée Lauder Companies
Aleksandra Dobkowski-Joy is the Executive Director, ESG at The Estée Lauder Companies. She drives ELC’s ESG data strategy and leads transparency and reporting initiatives to raise visibility with investors and other key stakeholders about the company’s sustainability and social impact performance. Prior to joining ELC, Aleksandra was President and Chief Operating Officer at Framework ESG, where she led the delivery of core services in sustainability strategy and disclosure. Aleksandra started her career at the US Environmental Protection Agency. She holds a Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University, and a BS in Biology from the University of Connecticut.

Connor Kuratek, chief corporate counsel and assistant corporate secretary, Marsh McLennan
Connor Kuratek is Chief Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Marsh McLennan, where he has responsibility for all legal aspects of M&A, Governance and the company’s Broker-Dealer, in addition to Securities, Disclosure and Corporate Finance. Connor also serves as Chair of the Marsh McLennan Disclosure Committee and Secretary of the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee of the Marsh McLennan Board of Directors. Prior to joining Marsh McLennan in 2016, Connor was a Capital Markets associate at Davis Polk in New York. He received his J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Columbia University.

Joseph Vicari, managing director and ESG practice lead, Broadridge
Joseph has broad experience in product innovation and development, leading large scale strategic technology projects and developing industry transforming communication channels. He currently serves as ESG Practice Lead and Bank/Broker-Dealer Practice Lead covering areas such as regulatory disclosure, digital regulatory communications, corporate and class actions, and document and communication design. During his career he has started and led business units, a technology innovation lab, and had various leading roles in strategic planning and development.
