Joe Di Bacco, director, client activation, Q4
As head of Client Activation, Joe oversees the Implementation and website development teams at Q4. He has worked with a myriad of clients who have looked to Q4 to create engaging online experiences – whether it be a new build or a revamp of an existing website. Joe has over 12 years of experience working in the digital client service space and brings a refined understanding of website best practices to all aspects of the client engagement.

Scott Payton, managing partner, Bowen Craggs & Co
Scott is managing partner at Bowen Craggs. Before joining the company in 2011, he was launch editor of pan-European investor relations magazine Real IR and editor of Business Voice, the Confederation of British Industry’s magazine. He has been writing about online communications since 1998, and conducting research and consultancy work in the area since 2000. Scott’s business journalism has appeared in publications including the Financial Times, The Spectator and The Independent. His research reports have been published by The Economist Intelligence Unit, KPMG, PwC and Freshfields, among numerous other organizations.

David Phillips, head of investor relations, Hays
David Phillips is Head of Investor Relations at London-listed Hays PLC, the world’s largest Specialist Recruitment business. Prior to joining Hays, David was a top-ranked equity analyst, running both Redburn’s European Business Services and Citi’s UK Midcap Equity Research teams.
 
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1999, he spent 6 years working as a fund manager at Britannic Asset Management in Scotland. David holds a BA (Hons) in Economics, and a Master’s degree in Investment Management.

Matthew Tractenberg, investor relations partner, Q4
Matt Tractenberg has been a senior executive providing finance and Investor Relations services to public companies, including Cisco Systems and Belden, for more than 20 years. Currently, Matt is the Investor Relations Partner at Q4, delivering IR advisory services to clients through an innovative solution titled the IR Success Platform.

Previously, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at WestRock, US based provider of paper and packaging solutions with sales exceeding $20 billion annually.  

Mr. Tractenberg has held a variety of finance roles and IR roles at companies across a variety of sectors including technology, industrial, and basic materials. He is a regular public speaker on corporate strategy,     financial market structure, and corporate positioning. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA specializing in Financial Management & Markets. Born and raised in New York, he now lives in Atlanta with his wife Paige and two children.
 
Laurie Havelock, editor-at-large, IR Magazine
Laurie Havelock is a journalist, writer and podcaster who has been working on financial titles for more than 5 years, dabbling with commercial property finance, responsible investment and investor relations as his main areas of focus. Outside of that he also writes about music, with a predilection for independent and emerging artists, has worked on a number of comedy projects, including a podcast he makes with musical comedian Paddy Gervers called Podshambles, and hosts a weekly show on Shoreditch Radio. Laurie has been published in the Independent, the Guardian and Q Magazine.
