Distressed debt investor creates new role for investor relations

Oak Hill Advisors, an asset management firm specializing in high-yield bonds and distressed investments, has created a new role within the client coverage team, appointing Dalia Cohen as managing director and head of investor relations.

She joins from JLL Partners, a private equity firm based in New York, where she was head of marketing and client coverage since 2011.

Cohen graduated from Columbia University with a BA in French and a master’s degree in international affairs. She also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

In 2005 she moved on to be managing director of marketing and investor relations for four years at Trimaran Advisers, an asset manager focusing on sub-investment grade corporate debt.

Oak Hill has also hired Eric Storch, previously co-head of institutional marketing at GSO, part of the Blackstone Group, as managing director for business development, client coverage and marketing.

Oak Hill Advisors is headquartered in New York with offices in London, Dallas and Sydney. It manages more than $15 bn of capital, focusing on North American and European assets.
